What a lovely stay! The hotel has such a superb location near great restaurants like Da Andrea and in a nice area! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had a lovely veranda. The service at check-out was efficient and personable, really making customer service a priority. However, being in such close quarters to everyone, you can hear everyone's door closing.
Our stay at this hotel was a great experience overall. The location was superb, surrounded by excellent dining options, and very close to convenient subway lines. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our family of five. However, the noise level from the busy surroundings could be a bit bothersome at times. The service was exceptional, especially at check-out, making our stay hassle-free and pleasant.

The hotel had fantastic views of the city, and the rooms were modern and spacious. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited, and the Wi-Fi was not included in the room rate, which was a bit inconvenient.

The rooms are cozy with a unique TV hidden behind beautiful lacquer sliding panels, although the bathroom may need some attention and the wardrobe is a bit small. The hotel has captivating Art Deco-themed rooms with a somewhat defective bathroom and a small wardrobe. I was pleasantly surprised to find the TV cleverly concealed behind beautiful lacquer sliding panels. The service was consistently efficient and personable, readily assisting with any request.
